MUST HAVE: REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCEMUST LIVE IN CHICAGO, will not relo.3+ years of HIGHLY ANALYTICAL real estate-related experience REQUIRED, ideally spanning acquisitions, underwriting, development or investment banking/private equity analysis. Boutique, $1.5+B AUM (multifamily, student housing, senior housing, commercial)Newly created role. Supports executive team across capital markets, asset management and deal execution. Heavily weighted towards underwriting and deal flow support (financial modeling, due diligence, analysis and portfolio decisions).MUST be able to display how AI tools have actively helped individual work faster and sharper.10-20% travel to "get out and see the assets".Hybrid, Chicago Loop office. Individual must be entrepreneurial, tech-forward and collaborative. Compensation up to $125K + 10-15% Bonus.
