Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting up molds Read and understand a job traveler Read specifications carefully Know what film to use for specific molds Change film rolls as needed Adjust foam amount and understand how much foam is needed to fill a mold Assist in change-over Adjust the amount of foam that shoots depending on the part Check for properly made cushions Perform housekeeping duties, including the removal and replacement of scrap Keep foam guns clean and clear of blockage Keep track of waste Identify any problems relating to products
Requirements:
Reading and writing skills 2 years of machine operation experience is preferred, but not required Experience working with foam is a plus Basic computer skills and understanding Must be motivated and willing to learn new tasks Team environment Able to work in a fast-paced work setting
