About the role

AeroVironment seeks a Composite Sample Prep Technician to join the Materials and Processing Team at Wright Patterson AFB. You will work with materials scientists and mechanical engineers to characterize ceramic and polymer matrix composites and prepare samples for SEM, XRD, and Optical Profilometry. The role requires a B.S. in Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering or an Associate’s degree with 1–2 years’ lab experience, plus strong written and verbal communication and time management
