About the role

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Manager, Maintenance to organize and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across the community and physical plant. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, use Yardi for work orders, coordinate on-call coverage, and ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and operable. The role requires a High School diploma, HVAC cert preferred, 2+ years in property maintenance, and willingness to wear a respirator
