Front Office Manager/Executive Assistant Location: WVJC Morgantown Campus 148 Willey Street, Morgantown, WV (This is an on-campus position. Not remote. No insurance) Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Position Overview: West Virginia Junior College (WVJC) is seeking a customer service focused, highly organized, detail-oriented Front Office Manager/Executive Assistant to respond to all incoming call requests and day-to-day lead management operations in a fast-paced education environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and the highest level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls and service the needs of customers Lead management Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting Handle confidential information with discretion Open and close Morgantown Campus location Qualifications & Skills: Must live within 30 minutes of the WVJC Morgantown Campus. Proficiency in Google Suite (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Surveys, etc.). Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable with excellent attendance. High level of technology proficiency and comfort learning new systems quickly. No insurance based benefits are provided.
