- Get us to the best pricing in the market by automating best execution across agency cash and MBS, aggregators, and whole loan buyers

- Write and ship code yourself, from pricing models and analysis to changes in the pricing engine
- Design loan products competitors can't easily copy, and work with investors and capital partners to bring them to market
- Make pricing real-time and available through our API, so customers get every price, adjustment, and eligibility decision instantly, with a clear explanation behind each one
- Cut cost and leakage across the loan lifecycle, including pull-through, lock extensions, fallout, pricing exceptions, and repurchase risk
- Work with our capital markets team on hedging, pipeline risk, and warehouse capacity, and build tools that help them make faster, better calls
- Build integrations with investors and counterparties for commitments, loan delivery, and loan sale
- Make sure pricing is consistent, auditable, and compliant with fair lending and loan officer compensation rules, with clear governance over exceptions

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
