Schedule: Monday through Friday; cases start at 7:30 AM; typical day coverage through 3:30 PM (or until cases are finished)

Call: Primary call in house with post call day off; secondary call 30 minute response time (as noted) Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available

Position Overview:

CRNA coverage in a high volume environmentCRNAs and MDs work independently doing their own cases (as noted)
Blocks, spinals, and epidurals proficiency requiredCase logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Clinical Scope
GeneralEndoscopy (primarily in the surgery center)

Required Qualifications: Active Indiana licenseNBCRNA certificationBLS, ACLS, and PALS as required by the siteCandidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify. Credentialing Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
