About the role

Crane Operator Mas Tec Civil, a Mas Tec Company, is seeking experienced Crane Operators to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation, specifically with experience running All-Terrain Hydraulic Cranes up to 160 tons and/or Crawler/Lattice Boom Cranes up to 300 tons. In this role, you will support critical infrastructure projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, precision, and operational efficiency on site. Responsibilities include operating under Lift Director supervision, working with crews on various types of cranes, maintaining compliance with OSHA standards, performing routine maintenance procedures, and providing additional support to other crane operators as necessary. The Crane Operator will be responsible for all safety aspects of operating the equipment and must be able to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely. Qualifications include a high school diploma or general education degree, 5+ years' experience lifting and placing concrete and metal forming components, and NCCCO or NCCER certification.
