About the role

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 pm Maintain office operations by managing telephones and communications; maintaining supplies; and greeting and interacting with clients.Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person.Maintain office organization and continuity between attorneys by coordinating and documenting communications and scheduling. Assist and back-up office staff and attorneys as needed. Manage calendars and arrange appointments with clients and guests following the Standard Operating Procedure. Provide daily follow-up confirmation/reminder calls to clients/guests with appointments. Receive and/or verify payment and record receipts for services. Distribute daily mail, faxes and other information as required.Skills/Qualifications: Office Experience required –Telephone Skills, Scheduling, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Conference Calls, Organization, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Multitasking, etc.Must be professional and personable and be able to manage a high paced environment.$14-16/hour depending on experience.
