Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined Electrical / Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems who is eager to expand their skills through hands-on training. Industry certifications are a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings Diagnose electrical issues using meters, test equipment, and logical troubleshooting methods Work with motors, relays, sensors, switches, and control components Assist with mechanical assemblies, adjustments, and component replacements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Required Qualifications: Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Hands-on experience with electrical systems (AC/DC, low voltage, controls, etc.)Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn, be trained, and grow within the company Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)Electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance experience Trade school, vocational training, or technical certifications Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or service environments Any relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain them)
