We are looking for an Assistant Store Director to join our Soho boutique in New York City. Working closely with the Store Director, you will drive the store’s performance, deliver an exceptional client experience and support the team’s day-to-day development. With a strong presence on the selling floor, you will contribute to both commercial success and operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values and culture. Main duties of the position will be the following: Store organization: Guide the team on the selling floor, make sure all clients have a Client Advisor at reach Ability to analyze and monitor KPIsInform the team on the performance and provide continuous advice to help reach goals Manage plannings and analyze workloads Participate in training the team and developing each individual Familiar with typical back of house processes, and has an attention to detail Participate in creating store events and experiences Clienteling: Ensure an exceptional client experience in accordance with a demanding client Be able to provide basic information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer inquiries Develop clients’ loyalty and retention alongside the customer database Analyse regularly the client list to adapt the action plan (determine clients to reach out)Sustain and promote the culture of the brand internally and externally Manage administrative and accounting responsabilities Ensure compliance with company standards, in relation with store merchandising and product enhancement Comfortable with styling clients, and supporting in the selling process Strong background in Excel necessary Profile: At least 3 years in a retail management position Familiar with Far Fetch platform and process Takes initiative; self-starter Curious to continuously learn and grow Strong commitment to small team culture Hands-on approach to all aspects of operations Clienteling-focused Adaptable Strong organizational skills Strong fashion culture and product sensitivity This position is to be filled ASAP in the Soho boutique located 104 Grand St, New York, NY 10013, USA
