Duration: 6-Month Contract (Excellent potential for extension or permanent conversion)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (potential for overtime with notice)

About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Production Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will build and assemble equipment using basic hand tools, follow step-by-step instructions, and check your work for accuracy and quality. This is a great fit for someone with production, assembly, warehouse, construction, automotive, repair, or other hands-on experience who enjoys working with their hands and putting things together.
Key Responsibilities: Perform electro-mechanical assembly and sub-assembly builds using hand tools Follow written procedures (SOPs) to complete step-by-step assembly processes Assemble components including cable routing, wiring, and mechanical parts Conduct visual and functional quality checks to ensure product accuracy Accurately document work, including serial numbers and build data in Excel Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards on the production floor Identify and escalate build, quality, or process issues when needed Support installation and basic configuration of systems as required Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED1+ year of hands-on work experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, construction, automotive, repair, or a similar environment Experience using tools and building/assembling things (professional or personal)Hands-on – you like to work with your hands and enjoy building and putting things together Can follow written instructions and step-by-step Comfortable performing repetitive work daily – doing same thing every day (assembly line-style environment)Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to use Excel for basic data entry (e.g., tracking serial numbers)Strong understanding of quality, safety, and attention to detail Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn quickly and follow direction closely Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must pass standard background check and drug test Bonus – But not required Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, or cable routing Background in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
