About the role
Atlassian is seeking an Engineering Leader to own data governance and the enterprise context that makes our data trusted and AI-ready. You will lead the governance operating model, ownership, and stewardship while shaping the architecture for the data catalog, metadata, and lineage platform. You’ll drive data contracts, policy-as-code, and AI readiness across a federated organization. You will partner with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Compliance to ensure data quality and compliant data usage
