Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local hiring events.
Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
Work closely with store leaders to understand their staffing needs and fill openings fast.
Manage high-volume pipelines and keep candidate records up to date in our applicant tracking system.
Track and report on hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate flow.
What You Bring:
Experience recruiting retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
A proven track record in high-volume hourly recruiting.
Experience hiring front-line managers.
Based in the Tampa Bay area and able to attend occasional in-person meetings.
Comfort with applicant tracking systems and job boards like Indeed.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Nice to Have: Experience with ADP Workforce Now. Details
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week, with flexible hours.
Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Tampa Bay.
Pay: $30 per hour.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
