As a School Bus Driver, you'll do more than operate a vehicle-you'll be a trusted Christian guardian of our students' daily journeys. Your role directly supports student success by giving families peace of mind and helping our school run smoothly.
Expectations:
Safely operate a school bus to and from designated locations, following all traffic laws and district safety protocols.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus.
Maintain order and a positive atmosphere on the bus, using respectful communication and conflict resolution skills.
Adjust schedules as needed due to traffic, weather, or special events.
Report any incidents, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements:
Provide the following:
A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements-or willingness to obtain with our training support.
A clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous professional driving experience preferred.
