Project ManagerOur client is a well respected and established general contractor in the Phoenix area and are looking for an experienced project manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.Job DescriptionManaging ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnoverSuccessfully lead construction projects valued over $20M+Delivering on time and within budget projects for multifamily clients across IndianapolisCreate and maintain the master scheduleAssist in preconstruction planningOversee a project engineer and delegate tasksWork alongside superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
