ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $60K–$70K + quarterly bonusI’m hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an established team in Indianapolis. This is an opportunity for someone with dedicated AR experience who knows the day-to-day work of keeping receivables accurate, organized, and moving.

What you’ll do: Manage accounts receivable activities and customer accounts Process and maintain receivable records accurately Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections Research and resolve account discrepancies Maintain accurate documentation and account information Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues Support accurate and timely month-end AR processes

What we're looking for: Dedicated accounts receivable experience is required Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances Strong problem-solving and follow-through Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
