About the role

Fidus Systems is seeking an experienced RF Designer to own RF subsystems from antenna port through front-end, LO and data converters, delivering performance up to 40 GHz. You will drive architecture, plan frequencies, model performance, and validate designs with customers. The role requires 8+ years in RF/wireless hardware, strong lab capability, and collaboration across FPGA, DSP, PCB layout, and SI teams. Remote work with travel may be required within NA and internationally.
