The Role: We're looking for Life & Health Insurance agents who want to build a sustainable book of business without giving up their integrity. This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) role, available part-time or full-time, and it is paid on uncapped commission. You'll blend consultative sales, client education, and ongoing support, all rooted in our "Live Soulfully" philosophy of integrity, compassion, and holistic well-being.
What You'll Do: Meet with individuals, families, business owners, athletes, and creatives to assess their life, health, Medicare, and retirement protection needs, and recommend suitable coverage. Explain policy features, benefits, costs, and limitations in clear, accessible language. Prepare quotes, complete applications, and make sure all required forms and exams are submitted accurately. Stay in regular contact with clients for annual reviews, policy updates, and claims assistance. Keep up with carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and state and federal regulations, including CMS rules for Medicare. Use our CRM and agency technology to manage leads, follow-ups, and client documentation in a compliant way. Represent Live Soulfully in the community and help people live more intentionally. What You BringAn active Life and/or Health insurance license, or a commitment to get licensed within 30 days. Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage, or willingness to obtain it, if required. AHIP (Medicare) and/or FFM (ACA) certification is a plus but not required. Sales, financial services, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse clients. Integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Comfort with CRMs, quoting tools, and digital communication. Self-motivation, goal orientation, and openness to coaching. Alignment with our soul-centered approach: empathy, presence, and respect in every interaction.
