Who You Are:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment. If making someone’s day better doesn’t bring you satisfaction, this probably isn’t the role for you. Great food matters to us, but how people feel when they walk through our doors matters just as much. You’ll need experience running a restaurant and the emotional intelligence to lead one well: knowing when someone needs support, when to have a direct conversation, and how to keep a team steady through a demanding service. We want someone who listens, sets clear expectations, and holds people accountable with care and respect. Office work is necessary to run a healthy business and, but this role calls for someone who is present on the floor. You’ll set the tone of the restaurant through your energy, your attention to detail, and how you treat people, creating memorable experiences for guests and staff alike. You should also be driven by results. You take ownership of the guest experience, your team’s growth, and the numbers that keep the business healthy. You notice what needs attention and follow through, whether that means stepping into service, improving how we work, or tackling a difficult problem. You’ll lead the team and daily operations, working directly with our Managing Partner. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about hospitality and takes pride in making the restaurant better every day.
Job Duties:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities before, during and after service hours.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
Interpret monthly P&Ls and make appropriate financial decisions and adjustments as needed.
Assist other managers with ordering, inventory, reconciling sales and deposits at the end of service, menu changes and updates, conducting staff trainings and meetings and other tasks as necessary.
Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and communication among staff.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in restaurant management in a recognized Food & Beverage group or stand-alone operation is essential.5+ years progressive FOH experience in a full service, high-volume restaurant.
Background in polished casual restaurants or fine dining is preferred.
Experience in team management, training development, and operational oversight is highly valued.
Familiarity with kitchen operations and banquet services will be beneficial.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best performance.
Experience in POS systems, F&B ordering, and cost control
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience. For this role, the salary range is $110k-125k per year with an additional incentivized Bonus structure. We also offer free housing for. While we take the time to review all applications, only those suitable for interview will be contacted.
