About the role

Our client is seeking an Employee Research Consultantto help organizations better understand employee engagement, workplace experience, and organizational effectiveness through data-driven research and insights. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, employee experience research, people analytics, or organizational assessment. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to design and administer employee surveys, conduct advanced statistical analyses, identify key trends, and develop actionable recommendations that support organizational performance and employee engagement. This role combines research expertise, analytics, consulting, and executive-level communication. Responsibilities: Administer employee surveys and research initiatives. Design survey content, methodologies, and measurement strategies. Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentation materials. Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance research and analytics capabilities. Analyze workforce data and translate findings into practical business recommendations. Present research findings and strategic recommendations to business leaders and HR executives. Support the development of thought leadership, workforce trends research, and organizational insights. Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to determine appropriate research and analytical approaches. Conduct advanced statistical analyses including driver analysis, regression modeling, and other quantitative methods. Lead employee engagement, employee experience, and organizational assessment projects from design through delivery.
Qualifications: (Must-Haves)Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience designing and administering employee surveys. Advanced statistical analysis experience using SPSS and/or R.Strong Power Point and executive presentation development skills. Proven project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives. Master's degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a closely related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex data analysis.4+ years of experience in employee research, employee engagement, people analytics, organizational assessment, or related consulting work.
Preferred Skills: Internal or external HR consulting experience. Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities. Experience presenting findings to executive leadership teams. Employee engagement or employee experience consulting experience. Experience supporting business development efforts and proposal development. Experience developing research reports, white papers, or thought leadership content. Familiarity with employee listening strategies, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
