Responsibilities Include:
Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings. Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materials General cleanup of work areas Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)Pay & Perks$18.00-$20.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience. We offer cross training opportunities in other areas of production. Requirements:

Excellent communication and organization in a fast paced production environment. Previous experience and comfortability in forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2-3 high is a plus! Ability to follow written & verbal instructions Ability to work 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday)Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives The ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures Pass a post-offer drug screen Reliable transportation to get to and from work Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably
