In this role, you will: Lead a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from individuals to owner-managed businesses—delivering high-quality tax planning and compliance services. Oversee all phases of the tax engagement, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering proactive and responsive communication to build long-term relationships. Identify areas to improve processes and strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of our tax function. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level staff, supporting their professional growth. Manage engagement economics, including billing, budgeting, and client profitability. Drive market visibility through community engagement and business development efforts in the Bluffton area. Remain current on tax legislation and industry trends to enhance client value and ensure compliance.
