About the role
- What will you do in this job?
- Greet, assist and provide visitors and participants with excellent customer service.
- Answer phones, routing calls, and take messages.
- Post outgoing mail, order, receive Employment Services Supplies.
- Maintain copy/work room equipment and machinery.
- Follow all security policies and safety procedures that affect the Central office.
- Support clerical function of Central office of Goodwill Industries of the Columbia
- Facilitate intake paperwork and schedule appointments for staff.
