HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary: The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and takes pride in helping homeowners solve their comfort issues.

Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-split systems, and indoor air quality equipment Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options Present solutions that best meet customer needs Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications: 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations to homeowners Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team NATE Certification is a plus
