We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who enjoys tackling difficult projects, making smart decisions, and building solutions that stand the test of time. WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUTThis isn't a role where you're managing paperwork. You'll oversee some of the most sophisticated industrial construction projects in life sciences, advanced manufacturing, food & beverage, and other technically demanding industries. You'll have the authority to make decisions, influence project strategy, mentor future leaders, and build lasting client relationships based on technical credibility. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who value preparation, collaboration, and doing the job right the first time. WHAT YOU'LL OWNAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll be trusted to lead multiple complex projects with full accountability for execution and results.
Your responsibilities include: Developing project execution strategies before work begins Leading multiple large-scale industrial construction projects simultaneously Solving complex technical, operational, and scheduling challenges Managing project financial performance, forecasting, and profitability Directing change management and contract administration Coordinating field operations, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and clients Driving schedule performance while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards Identifying project risks early and implementing practical solutions Building long-term client partnerships through technical expertise and reliable execution Coaching and developing project managers and helping strengthen the next generation of leaders Improving processes that make projects safer, more efficient, and more profitableQUALIFICATIONS10+ years of project management experience in industrial construction or a related industry. Proven success managing multiple complex capital projects simultaneously. Strong financial, scheduling, and change management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Experience coaching and developing others. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project conditions. PMP or CAPM certification preferred. Demonstrated commitment to InServ's core values. TRAVELDepending on project needs and location, travel is approximately 30% of the regular work schedule.
