About the role

Lancaster Log Cabins is seeking an LVP Flooring Installer to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our tiny homes. This hands-on role emphasizes quality workmanship, careful measuring, cutting, and finishing to create clean, professional floors. You will use hand and power tools, maintain a tidy work area, and coordinate with carpenters and supervisors to keep cabins moving through production. Prior flooring experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
