What We’re Looking ForWe are hiring caregivers with: 1+ year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing) Experience assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers) Comfort working with dementia clients Strong communication skills with families Reliability and professionalism Bonus if you have experience with: Gait belts & safe transfers Hospice support Parkinson’s care Stroke recovery Fall prevention Companion support with structure & engagement What You’ll DoProvide hands-on personal care assistance Support clients with mobility and transfers Assist with medication reminders Prepare meals and light housekeeping Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Observe and report changes in condition Communicate professionally with families and office team What Makes a Great Caregiver HereShows up on time Communicates clearly Treats clients with dignity and respect Follows care plans carefully Takes initiative while honoring boundaries Maintains confidentiality Represents our company professionally We value caregivers who understand: You are often the most important part of our client’s day.
