Physician owned private practice Multi-specialty orthopaedic group with 18 orthopedists across various subspecialties? Strong infrastructure, excellent use of technology, existing referral sources? Practice type Inpatient and Outpatient? Anticipate very busy clinic with high patient volume? Surgery typically 2 days in OR and 3 days in clinic, this can fluctuate based on volumes? EMR Athena? Call Shared with the team.? Compensation structure Revenue-based model, productivity driven (negotiated individually)? Partner and Ownership tract?
