About the role
- Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, process, and package food products according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and compliance with standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures (including PPE usage)
- Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup as needed
- Accurately label, pack, and palletize finished products
- Report equipment malfunctions, product issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods (812 hours)
- Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or refrigerated environments)
- Food manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, machinery, and food ingredients
- May require working weekends, overtime, and flexible shifts
- Must follow strict hygiene and safety standards
