Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales / Project Lead Waldron Construction LLC — Antioch, Illinois Are you a kitchen and bath designer who is good at what you do—but feels like you’ve hit a ceiling where you are? Maybe you're tired of sitting in a showroom waiting for the next walk-in customer. Maybe you're designing projects only to hand them off to someone else. Or maybe you're producing strong sales without feeling like you're being rewarded for what you bring to the company. Waldron Construction is looking for someone who wants more. We are a family-owned design/build company with a full kitchen and bath showroom in downtown Antioch, our own construction operation, established trades, architects, vendors, and a growing client base throughout Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin. Our projects aren't limited to kitchens and bathrooms. We work on major additions, whole-home renovations, lake homes, and custom new construction. This is more than a design position. We want someone who can build relationships with homeowners, develop their own clients, design and sell their projects, and stay involved from the first conversation through construction and completion. You'll have the resources behind you to do it. Our designers have access to: A full kitchen & bath showroom Established cabinet, countertop, plumbing, tile and fixture vendors Our own construction operation and trusted trades Architects and other design professionals Buildertrend for project and client management An existing flow of company-generated leads Marketing support Opportunities to develop your own book of business Projects ranging from kitchens and baths to $1M+ additions and custom homes Most importantly, your earning potential grows with what you produce. We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to collect a paycheck and wait for the next customer to walk through the door. We're looking for someone entrepreneurial—someone who wants to build relationships, sell, take ownership of their projects, and be financially rewarded for helping grow the business. Who we're looking for You may already be working for a kitchen and bath showroom, cabinet dealer, remodeling company, builder, or design firm. You don't necessarily need to be looking for another job today. But if you've ever wondered what you could accomplish with a showroom, construction company, established trades, vendors, architects, marketing and a steady pipeline of projects behind you, we'd like to talk. We are looking for someone experienced in kitchen and bath design who is organized, comfortable selling, strong with homeowners, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of a project.
