BD is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, Globalization to align and execute worldwide regulatory strategies across BUs, regions, and central teams. The role requires leading a diverse team and coaching staff, with the location at our Franklin Lakes, NJ headquarters and significant travel. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in Regulatory Affairs, 5+ years in leadership, and a global mindset to drive BD’s regulatory strategy and market access initiatives.
