About the role

YMCA of South Hampton Roads seeks a Youth Development Director to lead before/after school care, summer camp, School's Out, and teen programs. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive engagement in line with the association's mission. You will also support the annual giving campaign, oversee program development, and ensure compliance with state licensing and safety standards, while fostering member communities.
