Description: Anesthesia Dynamics is seeking afull-time Anesthesiologist (MD)to join our team in acare team modelwithin a GI-focused Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment. This role offers a highly desirableweekday schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, allowing physicians to maintain an excellent work–life balance. Our ASCs operate Monday through Friday and are located throughout the Jacksonville and surrounding areas, providing a stable, efficient workflow and the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient surgical setting. Requirements: MD or DO with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program Clear and active medical license (or ability to obtain) in the State of Florida Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Current required certifications and credentialsBLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges Insurable by a medical malpractice insurer for state or institutional limits Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
