About the role
Options Residential Inc. seeks a Desktop Support Technician to assist clinical and administrative operations across our family of companies. You will support site staff, manage hardware/software needs, and provide technical assistance across locations from our Eagan, MN office.
The role requires strong M365 proficiency, ticketing experience, and the ability to travel locally to Twin Cities sites. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, with some evenings or weekends as needed.
