Service Coordinator

Job Duties: Schedule service jobs and assign technicians based on skill set, workload, and availability. Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments, access requirements, and timelines. Serve as the primary internal and customer-facing contact for service-related inquiries. Process warranty claims and submit required documentation to manufacturers. Monitor safety compliance across the service team and reinforce company safety standards. Maintain service records, technician timesheets, and job-related :3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or related administrative role. Service Titan experience preferred and overall proficiency with scheduling software, CRM, and service management systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and technicians. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of warranties, service operations, and parts attention to detail and follow-through.
