About the role

Loan Operations Resources Immediate need for a talented Loan Operations Resources. This is a six-month contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Sioux City, Iowa (Hybrid).
Key responsibilities include
Location: Onsite Remote / Missouri or Dallas (Preferred) Project-related work may include evenings, weekends, and late-night support activities. During implementation events, work may extend to midnight or later depending on project requirements. During non-travel and non-implementation periods, the schedule is generally a standard business day (approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Key requirements and technology experience: Experience in loan back-office operations Strong understanding of loan parameters and configuration Payment posting knowledge Escrow administration experience Ability to support testing, implementation, and operational validation activities Core banking conversion experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous core conversion or bank merger experience Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and client readiness activities Expected travel: 1-2 trips per month Average trip duration: 6-9 days Travel frequency and duration may vary based on project phase and implementation schedules
