Remote Position Pay Rate: Open Employment Options: W-2 or Corp-to-Corp Position Type: Multiyear Contract Federal Experience: Strongly Preferred ROLE SUMMARY eAccounting is seeking a senior, hands-on Oracle EPM Technical Consultant to support the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) EPM rollout across approximately 25 DoD agencies. The consultant will design, configure, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support Oracle EPM applications used for DoD budget formulation, spend planning, forecasting, funds management, and plan-versus-actual execution reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle EPM Cloud technical expertise with an understanding of federal financial data and the DoD PPBE lifecycle. The role requires advanced experience with EPM Planning, Essbase, calculations, Groovy, integrations, metadata, reporting, security, migrations, and environment operations. This is not an entry-level or training role. The selected consultant must be able to assess technical requirements, recommend scalable solutions, and contribute immediately to a complex, multi-agency implementation.
