Customer Service Representative Customer service representatives are responsible for assisting customers with product information and provide order status through phone and email.
Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of products Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Pay: $17-$20 based on experience Work Setting: In Person Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8am-5pm
