About the role

Ford Pro is seeking an Internal Control Manager to strengthen the control framework across commercial vehicle operations, dealer and fleet services. You will partner with Ford Pro Finance leadership, Corporate Internal Control, and cross-functional teams to drive risk-aware improvements while developing leadership capabilities. This leadership level 6 role requires COSO, GAAP, SOX experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate findings into actionable plans.
