Currently seeking an experienced Underwriting Manager who will be responsible for acquiring and retaining profitable property, casualty, and workers compensation accounts through sound underwriting principles reflective of company policy, overseeing a team of underwriters and associate underwriters who promote sales of various P&C products through the independent agency system. This position will be hybrid in our Glen Allen, VA office or opportunity for remote within our territory. The salary range for this position is $128,396-$197,729 annually.
