Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:30pm, Monday–Friday; Overtime possible on Saturdays

Are you a dependable and hardworking individual who doesn’t mind getting a little dirty? We’re seeking a Washbooth / Material Handler to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by cleaning and preparing materials through the wash booth system while managing material movement throughout the facility. If you’re physically active, safety-minded, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Be Doing: As a Washbooth / Material Handler, your core responsibilities will include: Operating the wash booth system: Clean and prepare bins and materials to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards. Handling materials efficiently: Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to maintain production flow. Performing inspections and maintenance: Check bins before and after washing, and perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on wash booth equipment. Supporting production operations: Stage and prepare materials for production and shipping while maintaining accurate inventory and material movement records. Additionally, you’ll be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and adhere to all company safety policies.
What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures. Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills: Equipment Operation: Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment (certification a plus).Mechanical Awareness: Ability to monitor, maintain, and perform light troubleshooting on wash booth systems. Organization & Accuracy: Keeps materials and inventory organized to ensure efficient workflow. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and ready to stay active and engaged during the full shift.
