About the role
Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Strategic Sales Development Representative will focus on building a sales pipeline for complex customer accounts while ensuring a positive customer experience through effective prospecting and collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
Accountable for outbound prospecting, meeting setting, and achieving conversion quotas for large customers
Collaborate with enterprise sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer interactions
Utilize sales technology and personalized messaging to engage prospects across various channels
Required qualifications
2+ years of prospecting experience or a background in recruitment or sales with a proven track record
Strong accountability and a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Demonstrated commitment to continued learning and process improvement
Ability to navigate objections and provide value-driven messaging to customers
