About the role

Air Force Civilian Intelligence is seeking curious and critical thinkers for a full-time summer internship with the Premier College Intern Program (PCIP). If you are an enrolled full-time Sophomore or Junior undergraduate or first year graduate student, have a minimum 2.95 GPA, and are interested in an Intelligence Analyst internship, please see the advertisement below! Applicants selected for the Intelligence Premier College Intern Program will begin their internship in the Summer of 2027. NASIC is a proud supporter of the Air Force PCIP internship acquiring a few interns per year within our organization. PCIP is a 12-week paid summer internship that will give you an opportunity to work with Intelligence professionals and support real world intelligence missions. You will learn the basics of intelligence functions, have a custom training plan with a special project, attend a 3-day Intern Symposium, and receive senior leader mentoring. You will use your research and analytic skills to gather, evaluate, and use various sources of information to inform decision makers and drive global intelligence operations. Following college graduation and completion of PCIP, you may qualify for a full-time paid position in the Intelligence PALACE Acquire (PAQ) Program. Vue Interview Deadline: 7 October 2026 Conditions of employment Must be a U.S. Citizen A full-time student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university – does not graduate any sooner than October 2027 At least a 2.95 GPA At least 16 years of age May be required to travel by military and/or civilian aircraft in the performance of official duties The employee must also sign a Statement of Understanding prior to occupying a DCIPS position A Top-Secret Clearance is a requirement of this position and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Selectee must complete a Special Background investigation and receive a favorable adjudication by a determining authority. Failure to obtain and maintain this required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a position offer or removal from the agency. Subject to pre-employment requirements and drug testing If selected for a position, an official birth certificate, passport or Certificate of Naturalization will be required to verify citizenship prior to employment
