Production Supervisor - 1st Shift Eaton's Power Components Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 1st Shift to join the team. This is an on-site position based at our Beaver, PA facility. The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.00 - $122100.00 a year. What You'll Do
Essential Functions: Foster a safety-first environment and actively promote practices that prevent incidents. Implement safety programs to minimize workplace accidents. Oversee the allocation of manpower within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining 5S+ standards while meeting or exceeding productivity expectations. Address safety concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed. Report process and equipment problems promptly and collaborate with relevant personnel for assistance. Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators' skills. Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance is essential, and regular reviews of operator performance are necessary. Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contract provisions. When required, apply fair and judicious disciplinary measures. Keep accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and departmental activities. Upkeep employee timecards for accurate and prompt payroll.
