Asset Data CollectorThe Asset Data Collector is the core of the program. This role walks down in-scope assets, captures component-level Bill of Materials data, and records it in the format CF has defined for mass upload into SAP.What This Role OwnsPhysically locate each in-scope asset and match it to its existing SAP recordCapture nameplate data manufacturer, model, serial, ratings with photographsDecompose each asset into its spare-part components to build the BOMValidate captured data against available P&ID and PSI documentationEnter records in the SAP-ready format and self-check against mandatory fieldsApply efficiency to repeat-family assets by reusing validated component data where assets are identicalFlag access issues, discrepancies, or unsafe conditions to the Data Collection Lead immediately
