IER Right to Work PosterE-Verify Participation PosterBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.Optional Certifications may include PMP, PE, and/or any other relevant professional licensure or certification.Proficient with large-scale estimating software.Proficient with industry estimating databases and other estimating data sources.Demonstrates a proactive, firm and respectful approach to estimate reconciliation efforts and change order processing.Demonstrated experience with complex estimate reconciliations and change order negotiations.The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $220,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
