About the role
Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a senior Operations Leader based at our Brentwood, TN corporate office with a hybrid work arrangement, including on-site Mondays through Wednesdays for Nashville-area candidates and a remote option for others. You will lead operational readiness for de novo ambulatory surgery centers, coordinating staffing, policies, workflows, IT, and revenue cycle readiness for first-case operations.
