Position Summary: The Luxury Retail Sales Associate delivers a high-end retail experience while supporting both retail and lending operations. This role requires strong product knowledge, elevated merchandising standards, and the ability to engage customers seeking premium merchandise across multiple categories.

Responsibilities: Deliver a polished, hospitality-driven customer experience. Engage customers with product expertise and personalized recommendations. Support sales of luxury items including fine jewelry, designer brands, and collectible merchandise. Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to showcase high-value inventory.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified. May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage areas. Minimum age: 18 years old. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic math calculations. Cash-handling experience preferred. Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate. Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
