About the role
Humana Inc. is seeking a Medical Records Retrieval Representative (Risk Adjustment) to conduct quality assurance audits on ICD-9/10 codes and medical records for CMS and other agencies. This remote role requires occasional travel to provider offices around Montgomery, AL.
You will collect records, upload documents to Cotiviti repository, ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, and maintain strict confidentiality while meeting deadlines and supporting HIPAA requirements.
